We celebrated a dual birthday for cousins Trevor and Masen while family was in town. The girls collected carnival prizes.
Taylor can talk Uncle Jeff into doing things that daddy won't do for her.
The kids got sleds for Christmas and we really wanted to go sledding with the cousins like we did last year. Unfortunately, we just haven't had much snow. We found one spot that was doable, but it wasn't the best conditions and it was a long drive. That on top of tired, sick kids made for a mediocre experience. The hill was hard to climb and right off the bat without much experience with sledding, Dani climbed to the very top and "flew" down over large bumps and went flying into the air. Oops. No one went that high after that.
Sam still wasn't feeling well, but he managed to go down a few times and enjoyed them until he got cold.
Daddy took the kids down a few times and this tree saved them most of the time.
Jo and Carlie enjoyed staying on the ground pretending to sled.
Dusty and Mark decided to be brave and take a new route - both ending up injured.
